Description

The Fallow Few — A Special Red Carpet Screening

1916. The Western Front. One soldier faces an impossible choice.

Guarding British soldiers awaiting execution for desertion, Corporal George Hansen has found relative safety away from the trenches. But when he befriends a young officer facing the firing squad, he must choose between following orders and trying to save a life.

Starring Sir Tony Robinson, The Fallow Few is a multi award-winning British drama, made in Hampshire and based on a true First World War story. It explores courage, conscience, friendship and the human cost of conflict.

Join us at Wickham Community Centre for a special screening featuring an introduction by the film’s director, a red carpet welcome, costumed extras and stars from the film.

Tickets: £6 admission, or £11 including one alcoholic drink from the selected £6 bar range (18+). Soft drinks and other refreshments are available to purchase separately.

Please consider adding an optional £2 donation to the Royal British Legion. All additional donations will go to the charity.
